SAP Center of Excellence (CoE)​ Performance Heatmap

​The SAP CoE Performance Heatmap is a critical first step in evaluating and defining the capabilities and priorities that an SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) must address.

The primary goal of this perfomance heatmap is to measure the SAP CoE's maturity across business capabilities, aligning them with the organization's strategic value drivers objectives. It provides a comprehensive roadmap for continuous improvement initiatives.

The performance heatmap is built upon three frameworks: Strategic Capabilities, Value Drivers and CMMI Maturity model that delivers sustainable value and performance enhancements in line with the organization's long-term goals.
